UAST sponsored the Ukrainian School's Program on Taras Shevchenko, a famous Ukrainian Poet as we commemorate his extraordinary life of inspiration that has lived on for centuries. Taras Shevchenko continues remind us all that the struggle for freedom is worth the sacrifices we make today. Ridna Schola provided a reading of his poetry and memorable documents. St Sophia Ukrainian Catholic Church provided the venue for this lovely event.
