UAST is a community of Ukrainians and friends of Ukraine who love everything about its culture, language, history, food, music, people and support a sovereign and independent Ukraine.

MATCHING FUNDS MEMBERSHIP DRIVE:

To Celebrate our 40th Anniversary, UAST wanted to find a creative way to make our members feel good about helping Ukraine.

When you renew your membership or join UAST for the first time, we will match funds collected thru April 2024 and up to $2000. This will make your contribution go much further in helping Ukraine. Funds will be sent to the fundraising platform of Ukraine: United24

MEMBERSHIP LEVELS:

Student or Senior:      

$10.00 Per Year

If your are over 18 years old and a registered student in higher education or a senior citizen over 65 years old  (Please provide copy of ID with application)

Single Adult:      

$25.00 Per Year

18 to 65 years of Age

Family:      

$35.00 Per Year

One or Two Adults 18 to 65 years of age with children

Business:      

$55.00 Per Year

Member in good standing who owns a small business can submit their business card for listing on Business Membership Page while maintaining a membership level.

Enjoy all of the benefits of being a UAST member and know that you are supporting the work of the Ukrainian community in North Texas and abroad!

Why Become a Member:

As a UAST member your will foremost be eligible to vote for new UAST Board Members and any approved changes to UAST By-Laws.  In addition, here are more ways you can benefit:

  • Family Memberships who have paid for at least two consecutive years can apply to receive a UAST Scholarship for their high school child in their senior year pursuing higher education or for a student already in higher education.

  • Enjoy multiple UAST events / activities/ educational programs for free or at a large discount.

  • As a small business owner, for just $20.00 to $30.00 more per year, you can place a business card on our website!

  • Foster lasting relationships within our community while making a difference that has a positive impact on our organization.  

  • Your membership and any donations are tax deductible through our non-profit, 501(c) (3) status.

Membership dues are used to fund many events throughout the year and to build up our scholarship fund used as awards for qualifying students.  Please contact us at info@uast.org if you have any questions or would like to know your membership anniversary date.  Thank you for your support!
