Picnic time ....
We will setup at 7:30 or 8:30 am on Saturday (5-27-05). That is, bring the gas grill, decorate the pavilion, put up the Uki and American flags, put table cloths on the tables, wipe off the bench's, bring games (booche, volley ball, does anyone have a badminton set, and a soccer ball). I'll also bring a cd player and several ice chests.
Start cooking
at 2:00 pm
Serve food @
3:00 pm
I will also setup directional signs at the approaching intersections.
HELP NEEDED: with food, drinks, fruit, salad, condiments, utensils, plates, cups and ice.
FOOD: Hamburg meat, hot dogs, sausages
DRINKS: coke, diet coke, seven up, dr pepper, water
FRUIT: watermelon, fruit salad
VEGETABLES: tomato salad, coleslaw, green salad, potato salad
CONDIMENTS: ketsup, mustard, onions, tomatoes, relish
HELP NEEDED with cooking and monitoring the games. If we have a booce tournament it would be nice to have someone keep track of the teams and the scores. How about a prize for the winning team? The booce coordinator can organize the teams and setup the brackets. We will need help with cleanup at the end. The event is scheduled to end at 6 pm - it would be nice to have volunteers help with taking down decorations, picking up our litter, packing stuff into my car and if someone has a van we could move everything in one trip back to the house. It would also be good to have one or two folks come early and help Pavilion Sit, that is, help and baby sit the pavilion until the event begins .... is anyone interested in sitting between 10am to 2pm or any portion of that time frame?
Regards
Andrew
